Men throughout history have endless tales of their eccentricity but did you know that some of the historic women were just as brash and bizarre? The tales of these women are seemingly less popular because they are unpopular. Historic men have always been dominant in interest than women. Let us change that and discuss about the femmes who had outrageous endeavors. Here is a list of fifteen such ladies and their weird practices:
1. Elizabeth Bathory
The more we talk about this Hungarian noblewoman and her heinous crimes, the lesser it will be. This lady was on a murderous frenzy and killed more than 650 girls along with her four collaborators. She would hold young girls captive and barbarously torture them to their deaths. She was caught on the scene with a room full of youthful girls who were dead or almost dying. Elizabeth Bathory was suspected to have vampire-like characteristics for her ridiculous habit of bathing in the blood of young girls to hold on to her youth. Her influential family prevented any jail time for her but she ultimately met her demise in solitary confinement.
